Rabbit Spit Moonshine
Originally known as “Edgefield Moonshine,” Rabbit Spit pays homage to Carolina Moon Distillery’s bootleg past. During prohibition, moonshine was distilled at a very high proof. Local Edgefield Judge William Devore described the town’s whiskey as “...mean enough to make a rabbit spit in a bulldog’s face.” Offered in 116 Proof, Peach, Cinnamon and Blackberry, Rabbit Spit Moonshine guarantees a story with every sip.
